This week’s STEM challenge was for students to build a spider web bridge, using 12 feet of yarn and 6″ of tape, that could support as many dominos, as they could. This week the kids paired up, to complete the challenge! Wow! There was some hard work, and great thinking that was going on! I heard a lot of conversations about support, weight, gravity, and balance. (to name a few…) The bridge that held the most, held an incredible 35 dominos!!!!! Everyone did a great job with this challenge!

Carnival!
Thank you to Tori Underwood, for being such a good sport, and for supporting positive behavior in our hallways!
One student from every classroom was chosen (by a drawing of PAWs cards that they earned, to throw a pie at Mrs. Underwood!
Thank you, also, to Canine Commitment for bringing us some adorably cute pups, for a doggy “kissing booth”! It was a big hit!
Thank you to all the hardworking students, that earned 1,000 PAWs cards, so that we could celebrate with this fun Carnival! We really appreciate all the hard work that the PBIS team, and numerous parent volunteers that made it possible!
