Wow!  What an amazing week!  I am so bummed to have missed so much fun!  Thank you all, for the outpouring of well-wishes and support!  Surgery was a little more involved than they had anticipated, but I have been home resting and icing, anxiously awaiting my return to school.

Last week, the children had a pretty exciting week!  On Monday, they had a blast on the walking field trip!  Thank you to the Rothman’s, and the members of the Historical Society, Gail Parker, Candy Woodbury, and Barbara Ballou, for making it such a wonderful experience for the children!  Also, a big thank you to Mrs. Bradley for helping to lead the children on this trek!

On Wednesday, the children had one f my favorite experiences of the year; the presentation of Eyes on Owls.  The children got to observe and learn all about these amazing creatures!

In addition to Wonders, the children also completed a reading on “Election Day”, and had some good discussions on the election process.
